How is TrueForm different from every other supplement I've tried?
Every supplement you've tried targets inflammation. Every prescription you've tried targets your nervous system. Neither one addresses fascia โ the connective tissue that wraps every muscle, organ, and nerve in your body.
When fascia dehydrates, it densifies and compresses everything underneath it, including the nerves running through it. That compression is what's been generating your pain signals all these years. Pain medications mute the signal. Anti-inflammatory supplements reduce the swelling around the signal. Neither one removes the cause.
TrueForm rehydrates fascia and restores glide between the layers. Once the compression releases, the signal stops at its source. That's why it works where other things haven't โ the right target, with the right mechanism โ real results.
How long does TrueForm take to work?
Most people notice early changes at 3 to 4 weeks. More noticeable improvement comes in at 6 to 8 weeks. Best results land around 90 days.
That said, the timeline varies person to person. Severe fascial dehydration takes longer to rehydrate โ if you've been dealing with chronic pain and stiffness for ten or fifteen years, your fascia has more accumulated densification to work through, and your timeline pushes longer. People with milder dysfunction often feel changes faster.
What doesn't vary is the underlying biology. Hyaluronic acid synthesis, fibrin clearance, and collagen rehydration are well-documented cellular processes. Given consistent nutritional input, fascia rehydrates and decompresses over time. The window in which it happens depends on where you started.
This is also why TrueForm is sold with a 90-day evaluation window. Most fascia-targeting products on the market are sold with 14- or 30-day guarantees that expire before the formulation has done meaningful work. TrueForm is built on the timeline the biology actually requires.
Does TrueForm just mask pain, or does it fix the underlying cause?
It addresses the cause. There is no analgesic in the formulation โ nothing that numbs nerves or blocks pain signaling.
Pain medications work by interrupting the signal between your nerves and your brain. The pain is still being generated; you just stop perceiving it. The moment the medication clears your system, the signal returns.
TrueForm works on the tissue that's generating the signal in the first place. Densified fascia compresses nerves and creates the input your nervous system has been alarming about. Rehydrate the fascia, decompress the tissue, and the input quiets at its source. That's why the relief from TrueForm is sustained rather than dose-dependent.
Will my body build tolerance like it did with gabapentin and Cymbalta?
No. Tolerance is a receptor-level phenomenon. Drugs like gabapentin, pregabalin, and the SNRIs work by binding to specific receptors in your nervous system. Over time, your body downregulates those receptors, and the same dose stops producing the same effect.
TrueForm has no receptor pathway. The ingredients are structural and enzymatic โ they supply the raw materials your fascial cells use to maintain hydration, clear fibrous debris, and resolve local inflammation. There is no receptor population that can adapt or downregulate. The mechanism stays consistent for as long as the formulation is in your system.
This is one of the structural advantages of nutritional support over pharmaceutical intervention for chronic conditions. You're working with your body's own processes rather than overriding them.
I don't have a diagnosis โ I'm just stiff and in pain every day. Is TrueForm relevant for me?
Yes. A diagnosis is a label the medical system applies once your symptoms match a recognized pattern. Fascial dysfunction doesn't wait for the label. If you're stiff, restricted, and in chronic pain โ whether or not anyone has named it โ your fascia is part of the picture.
A lot of women dealing with chronic stiffness for years go undiagnosed because their bloodwork is normal, their imaging is unremarkable, and they don't fit cleanly into rheumatology, neurology, or orthopedics. The diagnosis gap doesn't mean nothing is wrong. It often means the wrong tissue is being looked at. Fascia is rarely imaged and even more rarely treated, which is exactly why so much chronic pain stays unexplained.
TrueForm works on fascia regardless of what your chart says.
Why hasn't my doctor heard of fascial treatment?
Two reasons. First, the research is recent โ fascia as the cause of chronic pain has only become a serious focus in the field in the last five years, and medical school curricula run 10 to 15 years behind frontline research. Most physicians have not yet been formally trained in it.
Second, the ingredients in TrueForm are natural compounds that cannot be patented. Without patent protection, no pharmaceutical company has the economic incentive to fund the large clinical trials and physician education programs that move a treatment into mainstream practice. The fascial research exists and is growing, but it lacks the marketing infrastructure that pushes pharmaceutical interventions into common knowledge. This is a structural feature of how medical knowledge spreads, not a conspiracy.
My doctor says my fibromyalgia is central sensitization. Does fascia even apply to me?
Yes. Central sensitization describes what your nervous system is doing โ it doesn't explain why your nervous system is doing it.
A nervous system doesn't randomly decide to amplify pain signals. It becomes sensitized in response to constant nociceptive input over a sustained period. Recent fascial research has identified densified fascia compressing nerve endings as exactly that input โ chronic, low-grade, constantly present, and largely invisible to standard imaging.
Central sensitization is the downstream effect. Fascial dysfunction is what's driving it. Treating the sensitization without addressing the fascial input is why so many fibromyalgia patients cycle through Lyrica, Cymbalta, and Savella without lasting relief โ those drugs work on the volume knob while the source signal keeps playing.
Will TrueForm help with fibro fog?
Yes. The fascia surrounding your skull, neck, and jaw is part of the same continuous network as the fascia in the rest of your body. When that tissue is densified, it restricts circulation and lymphatic drainage in the head โ which is what's causing the foggy, muffled, can't-find-my-words feeling that fibro patients describe.
As fascial hydration restores throughout the network, fibro patients on TrueForm report cognitive clarity returning alongside the physical changes. It's usually one of the later improvements โ patients tend to notice pain and stiffness shifts first, sleep next, then fog clearing in the 8-to-12-week window.
The fog isn't separate from the rest of the condition. It's the same dysfunction showing up in a different tissue.
What about fatigue, the feeling of being hit by a truck, and other non-pain fibro symptoms?
Those symptoms have the same root. The bone-deep exhaustion, the post-exertion crash, the feeling of being run over โ these aren't separate problems alongside the pain. They're what happens when your body is using massive amounts of energy fighting compressed, inflamed, dysfunctional fascial tissue around the clock.
When fascia decompresses and inflammation resolves, the energy your body was burning to manage that constant low-grade emergency becomes available again. Fibro patients on TrueForm report fatigue lifting after the early pain changes set in โ usually around weeks 6 to 10. Sleep often improves in the same window, because pain that was waking you up at 3 a.m. is no longer there.
This is why TrueForm produces changes across the whole fibro symptom cluster rather than just one piece of it. The cluster has one cause.
Will TrueForm help me taper off Lyrica, Cymbalta, or Savella?
Many fibro patients use TrueForm as part of a taper plan, and the taper goes more smoothly with fascial rehydration underway in the background. The reasoning: your medication has been holding back pain signals coming from compressed fascia. As the fascia rehydrates and the input decreases, the medication has less work to do, and tapering becomes more manageable.
The actual taper schedule should be set by whoever prescribed the medication โ Lyrica, Cymbalta, and Savella all have withdrawal patterns that need to be respected, and TrueForm doesn't change that. But starting TrueForm 8 to 12 weeks before a planned taper gives the formulation time to do its work first, so the taper happens against a lower-pain baseline.
I've been told fibro is "for life." Are you saying it isn't?
I'm saying that "for life" is what doctors tell patients when they don't know what's causing the condition. Fibromyalgia has been treated as a permanent diagnosis because the medical system hasn't had a clear explanation for it โ and when there's no explanation, there's no exit ramp.
Recent fascial research has changed that. Once you understand that fibromyalgia is fascial dysfunction expressing itself, you have something to work with. Fascia rehydrates. Compression releases. Symptoms resolve. The "for life" framing was based on outdated assumptions about an unexplained nervous-system condition. It doesn't hold up against the actual mechanism.
I had fibro for eight years and went back to teaching last year. I'm not the only one. The fact that this is possible at all changes the conversation.
My fibro started after a trauma, a virus, or a surgery. Does the cause matter for whether TrueForm works?
Less than you'd think. Whatever started the cascade โ physical trauma, post-viral syndrome, surgery, sustained stress โ the downstream effect on fascia is the same. Sustained inflammation leads to fibrin accumulation, which leads to fascial densification, which leads to nerve compression and the symptom cluster.
The triggering event matters for understanding your history. It doesn't change what's happening in your fascia right now. TrueForm addresses the densification regardless of how the densification got there.
If your fibro started after Lyme, COVID, EBV, or another infectious trigger, you may also have other things going on โ immune dysregulation, autonomic dysfunction โ that fascial work alone won't address. TrueForm handles the fascia. The rest of your treatment plan handles the rest.
I have fibro plus hEDS, fibro plus Hashimoto's, or fibro plus IBS. Does the overlap change anything?
The overlap is common โ these conditions cluster together because they share root causes in connective tissue, inflammation, or autonomic dysfunction. TrueForm works on the fascial component regardless of which other conditions are stacked on top.
For hEDS overlap: TrueForm supports connective tissue without making joints more lax. The hyaluronic acid and silica work on hydration and matrix integrity, not ligament length.
For Hashimoto's overlap: take TrueForm at least 4 hours apart from your levothyroxine. The trace minerals can interfere with thyroid medication absorption if taken too close together.
For IBS overlap: most patients tolerate TrueForm well, but the proteolytic enzymes can cause loose stools in the first 7 to 10 days as your gut acclimates. Take with food if your IBS is reactive.
The overlap conditions don't reduce the fascial benefit. They just mean you may need to adjust the timing or onboarding pace.
Can I take TrueForm with a blood thinner โ warfarin, Eliquis, aspirin, or daily fish oil?
Get clearance from your prescriber first. Serrapeptase and bromelain are mild proteolytic enzymes that can add to the anticoagulant effect of warfarin, Eliquis, daily aspirin, and high-dose fish oil. The interaction is mild and stacks gradually, but it's the one place where caution matters.
Most prescribers approve TrueForm for blood-thinner patients without modification. Some adjust INR monitoring frequency for the first month while the body acclimates. Once cleared, the formulation works exactly as it does for everyone else.
Can I take TrueForm with methotrexate or a biologic?
Yes. There is no interaction between TrueForm's ingredients and methotrexate, Humira, Enbrel, Rinvoq, or any of the other commonly prescribed biologics. The proteolytic enzymes do not interfere with the immunosuppressive mechanism, and none of the herbal ingredients are on the contraindication list for these drugs.
For RA patients newly stabilized on a biologic, start TrueForm on its own and give it the full 90-day window before changing anything else. Most people notice fascial changes coming in around 3 to 4 weeks and continuing to develop through 6 to 8 weeks. That clean window lets you read the additive benefit clearly. Many RA patients find that morning stiffness โ usually one of the most stubborn symptoms โ is among the first things to shift.
Will boswellia or gotu kola flare my lupus, Sjรถgren's, or dermatomyositis?
No. TrueForm contains none of the immune-stimulating botanicals on the standard avoid list for autoimmune conditions โ no echinacea, no astragalus, no andrographis, no spirulina.
Boswellia and gotu kola work through inflammation resolution and connective tissue support, not immune activation. Boswellia inhibits 5-lipoxygenase, an enzyme upstream of inflammatory leukotrienes. Gotu kola supports collagen synthesis and microcirculation in connective tissue. Neither stimulates T-cell or B-cell activity, which is the pathway that drives autoimmune flares.
TrueForm is an inflammation-resolving formulation, not an immune-boosting one. That's the correct direction for autoimmune patients, and many women with lupus and Sjรถgren's take it without issue.
How do I take TrueForm with levothyroxine?
Take TrueForm at least 4 hours apart from your levothyroxine dose. The trace minerals in the formulation can bind to thyroid medication if taken too close together and reduce intestinal absorption.
The standard pattern: levothyroxine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then TrueForm with lunch or in the afternoon. That spacing protects your thyroid dose and gives you the full benefit of both.
Are there interactions with Lyrica, Cymbalta, Savella, LDN, gabapentin, or tramadol?
None. TrueForm does not act on the gabapentinoid receptor, the serotonin or norepinephrine reuptake pathway, the opioid receptor, or the LDN-relevant receptor. There is no pharmacokinetic or pharmacodynamic overlap.
For patients tapering off any of these medications, TrueForm can be started before, during, or after the taper. Many patients find tapers easier when fascial rehydration is underway in the background, because the underlying nociceptive load is decreasing simultaneously.
I have MCAS and react to everything. What's in the capsule shell and what fillers does TrueForm use?
The capsule shell is plant-based hypromellose (HPMC) โ no gelatin, no titanium dioxide. The only excipient is a small amount of organic rice hull concentrate as a natural flow agent.
TrueForm contains no magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, citric acid, corn starch, "natural flavors," dyes, soy, gluten, dairy, peanut, or sulfites.
For MCAS titration, the protocol is to open one capsule, dump the powder into water, and start with a quarter of the contents on day one, half on day two, three-quarters on day three, and the full capsule on day four. Most MCAS patients clear titration cleanly within the first week.
Can I open the capsules and start with a smaller dose?
Yes. The capsules open cleanly and the powder mixes into water, smoothies, applesauce, or yogurt. The active ingredients work the same way whether delivered in the capsule or out of it. The taste is mild and earthy from the boswellia and bamboo extract.
Starting with a fraction of one capsule is the recommended approach for anyone with chemical sensitivities, MCAS, or a history of supplement reactions.
Will TrueForm upset my stomach if I have IBS, gastroparesis, or MALS?
Most patients tolerate TrueForm without GI issues. The formulation was built for sensitive guts: the serrapeptase is enteric-coated so the enzyme is released in the small intestine rather than the stomach, the bromelain dose is below the threshold that causes most reactions, and there are no harsh fillers.
A small percentage of users experience loose stools or mild stomach discomfort in the first 7 to 10 days as the enzymes engage with intestinal tissue. This resolves on its own without dose adjustment.
For gastroparesis specifically, take TrueForm with food and a full glass of water. The enteric coating performs best with something to ride on through the slow gastric phase.
Can I take TrueForm during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No. Proteolytic enzymes and standardized botanical extracts have not been studied in pregnancy or lactation, and TrueForm should not be taken if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.
What's actually in TrueForm, and at what doses?
Two capsules โ one daily serving โ contain:
Serrapeptase (enteric coated): 80,000 SPU
Hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate, 1,200โ1,800 kDa): 120 mg
Bamboo extract (70% silica, yielding orthosilicic acid): 300 mg
Boswellia serrata extract (65% boswellic acids, 10% AKBA): 250 mg
Gotu kola extract (40% triterpenes): 200 mg
Bromelain (2,400 GDU/g): 200 mg
Magnesium glycinate: 75 mg
Zinc bisglycinate: 5 mg
Manganese bisglycinate: 1 mg
No proprietary blends. Every ingredient is dosed at the level used in the underlying research.
Why high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid when low-molecular-weight absorbs better?
Absorption is not the same as effect. Low-MW HA crosses the intestinal barrier faster but clears the system faster as well. High-MW HA processes more slowly and produces stronger fibroblast signaling, which drives endogenous HA synthesis in fascial tissue.
The goal of TrueForm is sustained fascial hydration over weeks and months, not a transient bloodstream spike. High-MW HA at 1,200 to 1,800 kDa is the molecular weight that produces that sustained effect โ early signaling at 3 to 4 weeks, building through 6 to 8 weeks, and reaching full effect by 90 days.
Serrapeptase has limited research and old studies. Why is it in TrueForm?
The serrapeptase research base is older but mechanistically consistent. It hydrolyzes fibrin and inflammatory protein debris in connective tissue โ exactly the substrate that accumulates when fascia densifies, and the barrier that has to be cleared before rehydration can fully take hold.
The dose in TrueForm is 80,000 SPU per serving, matching the activity level used in the clinical research. The capsule is enteric-coated so the enzyme survives gastric acid and is released in the small intestine for absorption. Without enteric coating, stomach acid destroys most of the enzymatic activity before it can be utilized โ which is why low-quality serrapeptase products produce no measurable effect.
Is TrueForm just turmeric, glucosamine, or collagen with new branding?
No. Those ingredients work on different targets and produce different results.
Turmeric inhibits inflammatory pathways but does not rehydrate fascial tissue. Glucosamine supports cartilage in synovial joints but has no effect on fascia or surrounding connective tissue. Collagen supplies amino acids that the body distributes wherever it determines, with no fascial specificity.
TrueForm targets fascia directly โ the actual cause of what's been hurting you. High-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid for fascial lubrication and glide. Bioavailable silica from bamboo for the structural matrix. Serrapeptase to clear fibrin and inflammatory debris. Boswellia, gotu kola, and bromelain to resolve inflammation in the connective tissue layers. The combination addresses fascial dysfunction as a system, which is why it produces results turmeric and glucosamine never could.
What's the AKBA percentage in the boswellia, and why does it matter?
10% AKBA, with 65% total boswellic acids. AKBA โ acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid โ is the most active boswellic acid for connective tissue inflammation through 5-lipoxygenase inhibition.
Most low-cost boswellia products are unstandardized or contain less than 5% AKBA, which is why they produce minimal effect. The TrueForm extract is dosed at the level used in clinical research on connective tissue inflammation โ sourced from authenticated Boswellia serrata, the species with the strongest research base.
Who is behind TrueForm?
Jessica Hale founded Fascial Labs and developed TrueForm in partnership with Dr. Nathan Reeves, a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician with a fascial pain subspecialty and twenty years of clinical practice.
Jessica was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at 33 after two years of being misdiagnosed with postpartum depression and anxiety. Over the following eight years, she cycled through Lyrica, Cymbalta, Savella, Low Dose Naltrexone, and over forty supplements, leaving teaching at 36 when the condition made the work physically impossible.
After encountering the emerging research on fascial dysfunction, she contacted Dr. Reeves, and the two spent 18 months translating fascial research into an oral formulation. Jessica was the test patient for every iteration. She returned to teaching in the fall of 2025.
What's the refund policy if TrueForm doesn't work?
90-day empty-pouch guarantee. Take the formulation daily for 90 days, and if there's no measurable improvement, email hello@tryfascial.com for a full refund. No return shipping. No proof required. No questions.
The 90-day window matches the biological timeline for fascial change. Most people start noticing early shifts at 3 to 4 weeks and clearer improvement at 6 to 8 weeks, but full results land around 90 days โ and longer for anyone with severe long-standing fascial dehydration. A 30-day guarantee would expire before the formulation has had time to work. TrueForm is built on a longer evaluation period because that's what the biology actually requires.
Is TrueForm third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by Eurofins Scientific for ingredient identity, potency, heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic), microbial contamination, and pesticide residues.
The certificate of analysis for any specific batch is available on request โ email hello@tryfascial.com with the batch number from the back of the pouch. Manufacturing takes place in an FDA-registered, NSF-certified facility in the United States.
Will I get locked into a subscription?
No. The default purchase is one-time. Subscription is optional, saves 15%, and cancels with one click โ no phone call, no email loop, no retention process. Mid-cycle cancellation keeps what you've already paid for.
If you ever feel like the cancellation flow is harder than that, email hello@tryfascial.com directly and we'll fix it.
Why a pouch instead of a bottle? Will the capsules go bad?
Pouches outperform plastic bottles as oxygen barriers. The TrueForm pouch is foil-lined mylar with a resealable zipper and an internal desiccant. Capsules retain potency for 24 months from the manufacture date stamped on the back.
The packaging choice has two practical advantages: lower plastic per serving, and stronger protection of serrapeptase activity once the package is opened. Pouches also pack flat for shipping, reducing per-order carbon footprint.
