90-DAY GUARANTEE POLICY (revised)

We stand behind TrueFormยฎ Fascial Release. Fascial rehydration is a process that takes time โ€” connective tissue does not transform overnight. Our research and customer data show the full benefits of TrueFormยฎ emerge over a complete 90-day cycle of consistent daily use, which is why our guarantee is structured around that timeline.

If you take TrueFormยฎ as directed for the full 90 days and do not feel a meaningful improvement, you are eligible for a full refund of the product cost under the terms below.

Eligibility

Any TrueFormยฎ customer is eligible for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, regardless of how they purchased, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Consistent Use Requirement. You must have taken TrueFormยฎ Fascial Release as directed โ€” two (2) capsules per day โ€” for a minimum of ninety (90) consecutive days from your initial order date.
  2. Qualifying Purchase Configurations. Eligibility applies to customers who have completed 90 consecutive days of use through any of the following purchase patterns:
    • One (1) initial pouch followed by two (2) monthly subscription refills (totaling three pouches consumed over 90 days)
    • A 3-pouch supply purchased in a single order
    • A 6-pouch supply purchased in a single order (refund covers the three pouches consumed during the 90-day period)
  3. Return of Three (3) Empty Pouches. You must return all three (3) original TrueFormยฎ pouches fully emptied. Empty pouches serve as proof of consistent 90-day use and are required for the refund to be processed. We do not accept partial pouches, opened-but-unused pouches, or fewer than three pouches.
  4. 7-Day Claim Window. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days after the end of your 90-day period (i.e., between day 90 and day 97 from your initial order date). Requests submitted outside this window cannot be processed.
  5. One Refund Per Household. The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is limited to one (1) refund per customer and one (1) refund per household.

What's Covered

  • The cost of the three (3) pouches consumed during the 90-day period, at the per-pouch rate you paid

What's Not Covered

  • Original shipping and handling charges
  • Return shipping costs (customer's responsibility)
  • Unused pouches beyond the three consumed (these may be kept by the customer at no additional refund)
  • Subscription refills beyond the initial 90-day window
  • Promotional items, free gifts, bundles, or gift orders
  • Requests submitted outside the 7-day claim window
  • Returns missing any of the three required empty pouches

How to Submit a Refund Request

  1. Email hello@tryfascial.com with the subject line "90-Day Guarantee Refund Request"
  2. Include your order number, full name, and the email address used at purchase
  3. Briefly describe your experience with the product
  4. Our team will respond within 2โ€“3 business days with a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions
  5. Ship the three (3) empty pouches to the address provided. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for returns lost in transit
  6. Once we receive and verify your three empty pouches, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days

All Other Refund Requests

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is the sole refund pathway offered by Fascial Labs. All other refund requests โ€” including but not limited to change of mind, ordered by mistake, no longer wants the product, didn't open the product, medical advice to discontinue, allergic reaction, or dissatisfaction prior to completing the 90-day protocol โ€” are not eligible for refund.

Fascial Labs reserves the sole and exclusive discretion to make case-by-case exceptions outside of this policy. Exceptions are rare and not guaranteed.
