If you take TrueFormยฎ as directed for the full 90 days and do not feel a meaningful improvement, you are eligible for a full refund of your initial purchase price under the terms below.
How the Guarantee Works
To qualify for a refund under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
1. Consistent Use Requirement. You must have taken TrueFormยฎ Fascial Release as directed โ two (2) capsules per day โ for a minimum of ninety (90) consecutive days from your initial order date. The formula is designed to work cumulatively, and partial use does not allow the active compounds (serrapeptase, bamboo silica, hyaluronic acid, and supporting matrix) to fully restore fascial function.
2. Return of Original Packaging. You must return the three (3) original TrueFormยฎ pouches used during the 90-day period, including any unused product. This allows us to verify completion of the protocol and process your refund.
3. Claim Window. Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days after the end of your 90-day period (i.e., between day 90 and day 104 from your initial order date). Requests submitted outside this window cannot be processed.
4. One Refund Per Household. The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and one refund per household.
5. Original Purchase Only. The guarantee applies to your initial order of TrueFormยฎ Fascial Release. Subsequent subscription refills, promotional bundles, and gift orders are not eligible.
How to Submit a Refund Request
To begin the refund process:
- Email hello@tryfascial.com with the subject line "90-Day Guarantee Refund Request."
- Include your order number, full name, and the email address used for purchase.
- Briefly describe your experience with the product.
- Our team will respond within 2โ3 business days with a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the three (3) original pouches to the address provided. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for returns lost in transit.
- Once we receive and verify your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7โ10 business days.
