90-Day Guarantee

We stand behind TrueFormยฎ Fascial Release. Fascial rehydration is a gradual process, and the full effect of the formula emerges over a complete 90-day cycle of consistent daily use. That is why our guarantee is built around that timeline: take TrueFormยฎ as directed for 90 days, and if you do not feel a meaningful improvement, you are eligible for a refund of the product cost under the terms below.

Eligibility

Any TrueFormยฎ customer qualifies, regardless of pack size or checkout used, provided all of the following are met:

  1. 90 consecutive days of use. You have taken TrueFormยฎ as directed โ€” two capsules per day โ€” for at least ninety consecutive days from your original order date. This requires three pouches, whether from a 3-pack, a 1-pack plus two monthly refills, or any combination that totals three pouches over 90 days.
  2. Three empty pouches returned. You return the three original TrueFormยฎ pouches, fully emptied. The empty pouches are proof of the 90-day protocol and are required. Partial pouches, unopened pouches, or fewer than three pouches do not qualify.
  3. Claim within 7 days. Your request is submitted between day 90 and day 97 from your original order date. Requests outside this window cannot be accepted.
  4. One per household. The guarantee may be used once per customer and once per household.

What Is Refunded

The cost of the three pouches consumed during the 90-day period, at the per-pouch price you paid.

What Is Not Refunded

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping (paid by the customer)
  • Pouches beyond the three consumed โ€” you may keep them
  • Refills charged after the 90-day period
  • Free gifts, promotional items, bundles, and gift orders
  • Requests submitted outside the 7-day claim window
  • Returns missing any of the three empty pouches

How to Claim

  1. Email hello@tryfascial.com with the subject line "90-Day Guarantee Refund Request".
  2. Include your order number, full name, the email address used at checkout, and a few sentences about your experience.
  3. Within 2โ€“3 business days we will reply with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
  4. Ship the three empty pouches as instructed. Use a tracked service; we cannot refund returns that are lost in transit.
  5. Once received and verified, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.

All Other Refund Requests

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is the only refund offered by Fascial Labs. Requests that do not meet the terms above โ€” including change of mind, ordered by mistake, unopened product, discontinuing on a healthcare provider's advice, adverse reaction, or dissatisfaction before completing 90 days โ€” are not eligible for a refund. Shipped subscription refills are final (see our Subscription Policy). Fascial Labs may, at its sole discretion, make rare case-by-case exceptions; these are not guaranteed.

The 90-day commitment gives the formula a fair chance to work, and the empty-pouch verification reserves the guarantee for customers who completed the protocol.
