Fascial Labs ships all orders through USPSยฎ from our U.S. fulfillment center.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping โ€” typically arrives within 5โ€“7 business days
  • Express Shipping โ€” typically arrives within 2โ€“4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1โ€“2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPSยฎ tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once the order has shipped, not from the date of order. While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, USPSยฎ delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.

If you have not received your order within the following timeframes, please contact us:

  • Express Shipping: 4 business days from shipment
  • Standard Shipping: 7 business days from shipment

We will work with USPSยฎ to investigate delays and, where appropriate, replace lost packages at no cost to you.

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Fascial Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Contact your local USPSยฎ office with the tracking number
  3. Email hello@tryfascial.com within 7 days of the delivery scan, and we'll help you file a claim

International Shipping

At this time, Fascial Labs ships only within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
