  • Marketing preferences โ€” whether you have opted in to email or text messages.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and how you interact with pages and ads. Cookies and Tracking

We use first-party cookies to keep the Site working (cart, checkout, login, subscription routing) and third-party cookies and pixels to understand how people find and use the Site and to measure our advertising. The tools currently in use include:

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, Google, Taboola, and Pinterest โ€” advertising measurement and audience building
  • Microsoft Clarity โ€” session replays and heatmaps that record how visitors interact with pages (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks). Form fields and payment information are masked.
  • Triple Whale and Aimerce โ€” first-party attribution and analytics

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect checkout or subscription features. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance and, for Meta, through your ad settings. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to run the business:

  • Service providers โ€” payment processors, our checkout provider, subscription management, fulfillment and shipping carriers, email and SMS delivery, customer support tools, and analytics providers, each of which may only use your information to provide services to us
  • Advertising partners โ€” the platforms listed above receive usage and conversion data through cookies and pixels. Under California law, this kind of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing," and you can opt out (see Your Rights).
  • Legal and safety โ€” when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public
  • Business transfers โ€” in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Email and SMS Communications

Transactional messages. We send order confirmations, shipping notifications, subscription pre-billing notices, and support replies to every customer. These are necessary to fulfill your order and cannot be opted out of while you have an active order or subscription.

Marketing messages. If you opt in, we may send promotional emails and text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP at any time (reply HELP for help). Your phone number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as you have an account or subscription with us and afterward as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Session replay recordings are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections and PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and access a copy of it
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
