Subscription Policy

Every TrueFormยฎ Fascial Release order includes automatic monthly refills so your supply never runs out. Fascial rehydration depends on consistent daily intake, and gaps between orders interrupt the cumulative effect of the formula. This policy explains exactly how refills work, what you will be charged, and how to change or cancel at any time.
How Refills Work
- What you receive: the same TrueFormยฎ pack you ordered. A 1-pack refills as a 1-pack, a 2-pack as a 2-pack, and a 3-pack as a 3-pack.
- What is not included: free gifts and promotional items from your first order (e-guides, gift cards, mystery gifts, bonus products) are one-time only and are not repeated with refills.
- When: every 30 days from your original order date.
- Price: the same price you paid for that pack at checkout, plus any applicable tax. Shipping on refills follows our Shipping & Delivery policy.
- Payment: the payment method used for your original order is charged automatically.
Pre-Billing Notice
You will receive an email 24 hours before each refill is charged. This is your window to skip, pause, or cancel before any charge is made. Please add hello@tryfascial.com to your safe-sender list so these notices reach your inbox.
Managing Your Subscription
You are in control. At any time you can cancel, pause, skip a refill, change your shipping address, or update your payment method in either of two ways:
- Online: log in to your account at tryfascial.com/account and manage your subscription directly. Changes made online take effect immediately.
- Email: write to hello@tryfascial.com with your full name and order number. Requests are processed within one business day.
To avoid your next charge, cancel or skip before your billing date. Email requests received on or after the billing date cannot be applied to a charge that has already gone through.
Shipped Refills Are Final
Refill orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours of billing so subscribers never experience a gap in supply. Once a refill has been charged and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription before the billing date; the 24-hour pre-billing email is provided so you always have the opportunity to do so. The only refund pathway is our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which has its own eligibility terms.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry the card over the following seven days and email you. If payment still cannot be processed, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment method.
Price Changes
If we ever change subscription pricing, you will receive at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies. Continuing your subscription after that notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Same Terms, Any Checkout
These terms apply regardless of which checkout you used to place your order.
Your Agreement
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase enrolls you in automatic monthly refills as described above, that you will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel, and that you have read and agree to this policy.
