4. SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Fascial Labs offers an optional automatic refill subscription program for TrueFormยฎ Fascial Release, designed for customers who want uninterrupted access to their fascial support routine.

How Subscriptions Work

When you select the "Subscribe & Save" option at checkout, you authorize Fascial Labs LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file and ship your order at recurring monthly intervals.

  • Billing cycle: Every 30 days from your initial order date
  • Quantity: The same quantity you selected at your initial order will be billed and shipped each month (e.g., if you ordered 6 pouches, you will be billed for and receive 6 pouches monthly)
  • Pricing: Subscription pricing applies to all refill orders at the rate in effect at the time of each refill

Why Each Refill Ships the Same Quantity

Our subscription program is designed for continuous fascial support. Many of our customers stack pouches to maintain consistent supply, share with family members, or build a long-term reserve. Subscription quantity matches your initial order to give you uninterrupted access โ€” you can adjust your quantity anytime through customer support.

Managing Your Subscription

You have full control over your subscription. You may at any time:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days
  • Adjust the quantity of pouches per refill
  • Change the shipping frequency
  • Update your payment method or shipping address

To make any of these changes, simply email hello@tryfascial.com with your order number and request. Our team responds within 1 business day.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next refill ships. To ensure your cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle, please email hello@tryfascial.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled refill date.

No Refunds on Shipped Refill Orders

Once a subscription refill order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for refund or return. Here's why:

To prevent gaps in supply for our subscribers, refill orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of the billing charge. This ensures customers receive their next pouch supply without delay. Because the product leaves our warehouse so quickly after billing, we are unable to cancel, recall, or refund refill orders once the charge has been processed.

It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription, including pausing or canceling before the next billing date if they do not wish to receive a refill.

We send subscription reminder emails 3 days before each scheduled refill to help you manage your account. Please ensure hello@tryfascial.com is added to your safe sender list to receive these reminders.

Failed Payments

If your payment method on file fails, we will attempt to charge it again over the following 7 days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment information.

Changes to Subscription Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice via email. Continued enrollment after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
