Fascial Labs offers an automatic refill subscription program designed to ensure customers never run out of TrueFormยฎ Fascial Release. Continuous fascial support depends on consistent daily use, and gaps in supply interrupt the cumulative effect of the formula.
How Subscriptions Work
All TrueFormยฎ Fascial Release orders โ whether 1-pouch, 3-pouch, or 6-pouch โ are automatically enrolled in our monthly refill subscription program at the time of purchase.
- Refill quantity: One (1) pouch per month (a 30-day supply)
- Subsequent refills: Billed and shipped every 30 days thereafter
- Payment method: The card used at your initial purchase will be charged automatically
This auto-refill structure was implemented in response to a high volume of customer requests and complaints from customers who ran out of supply between orders. Maintaining consistent fascial hydration requires uninterrupted daily intake, and our subscription program is designed to remove the burden of remembering to reorder.
Pre-Billing Notification
You will receive an email notification 24 hours before each refill is billed and shipped. This window allows you to cancel, pause, or skip the upcoming refill before any charge is processed. Please ensure hello@tryfascial.com is added to your safe sender list so these notifications reach your inbox.
Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription. You may at any time:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming refill
- Adjust the shipping frequency
- Update your payment method or shipping address
To make any changes, log into your customer account or email hello@tryfascial.com. Cancellations and changes are processed within one (1) business day. To ensure your change is applied before the next billing cycle, please submit your request at least 48 hours before your scheduled refill date.
No Refunds on Shipped Refill Orders
Once a subscription refill order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for refund, return, or cancellation.
Refill orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of the billing charge to prevent gaps in supply for our subscribers. Because the product leaves our warehouse so quickly after billing, we are unable to cancel, recall, or refund refill orders once the charge has been processed.
It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription, including pausing or canceling before the next billing date if they do not wish to receive a refill. Our 24-hour pre-billing notification is provided to give you ample time to make this decision.
The only exception to this policy is our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which remains in effect for qualifying customers who have used the product consistently for 90 consecutive days (see 90-Day Guarantee Policy for full eligibility terms).
Failed Payments
If your payment method on file fails, we will attempt to charge it again over the following 7 days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment information.
Changes to Subscription Pricing
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice via email. Continued enrollment after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
