How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in at tryfascial.com/account and cancel in one click, or email us with your order number. Cancel before your billing date to avoid the next charge โ you'll get a reminder email 24 hours before each one.
What will I be charged each month?
The same pack you originally ordered, at the same price, every 30 days. Free gifts from your first order are one-time only. Full details in our Subscription Policy.
I was charged for a refill I didn't want. Can I get a refund?
Refills ship within 24 hours of billing, so once charged they cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancel or skip before the billing date to avoid future charges. See our Subscription Policy.
Where is my order?
Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Standard shipping typically takes 3โ7 business days after shipment. If it has been longer, email us and we'll trace it. See Shipping & Delivery.
How does the 90-Day Guarantee work?
Take TrueFormยฎ as directed for 90 consecutive days. If you don't feel a meaningful improvement, email us between day 90 and day 97 with the subject line "90-Day Guarantee Refund Request," return your three empty pouches, and we refund the product cost. Full terms in our 90-Day Guarantee.
How do I take TrueFormยฎ?
Two capsules a day. Take them with water, or open them and mix the contents into food or a drink. Consistency matters more than timing.
Can I take TrueFormยฎ with my medications?
TrueFormยฎ is a dietary supplement made from food-derived and botanical ingredients. If you take prescription medication, particularly blood thinners, we recommend taking TrueFormยฎ at least two hours apart from your medication. If you have a specific concern, email us and we will answer directly.
Can I change my address or payment method?
